Come learn about the ways exercise and physical activity can positively impact the health of individuals with autism, both physically and mentally. As both autism diagnoses and the occurrence of obesity increase, it is imperative that physical activity becomes a part of the lives of individuals with autism. Physical activity should be fun, challenging and encourage a healthy lifestyle for all individuals!

Kate Raymond is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist at the Virtua Center for HealthFitness in Moorestown. She works with a wide variety of clients, many of whom are on the spectrum or have developmental disabilities. She has worked with all age groups and skill levels, and uses an individualized approach to create appropriate programs for each of her clients. Kate graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Psychology.
