Come learn about the ways exercise and physical activity can positively impact the health of individuals with autism, both physically and mentally. As both autism diagnoses and the occurrence of obesity increase, it is imperative that physical activity becomes a part of the lives of individuals with autism. Physical activity should be fun, challenging and encourage a healthy lifestyle for all individuals!
