Join us for a three-part series that will help you navigate through your personal wellness goals at a time in your life when it seems like you are just maintaining (or even losing ground).  Re-evaluate and re-insulate your life in an informed way, while being supported and mentored each week.

  • This program is geared towards women ages 40-60.
  • Week Two's topic is food and fitness.  We will focus on how our bodies change as we age and examine popular diets.
