Mastering Stress and Creating Balance from Within

Stressed out and overwhelmed? Problems with sleep and performance? It’s an epidemic in the United States, particularly for high-achieving professionals. The American Institute of Stress cites numerous studies that confirm occupational pressures and fears are far and away the leading source of stress for American adults and that these have steadily increased over the past few decades. While we cannot directly control our workplaces, we can learn to control ourselves via our mental/emotional health and our ability to self-regulate.

Presenter, Damien Smith, will bring multiple, functional disciplines such as regulated breathing, Qigong (pronounced: chee-gun) teachings and more to provide a totally new way for adults to experience each moment of their life, in a de-stressed and fulfilling manner. Damien will offer  expert guidance through dynamic and interactive practices that offer positive results through this transformative and enlightening process.

Qigong, (pronounced: chee-gun) is an integration of ancient Chinese and modern techniques to build, elevate, and affirm your self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-awareness.
