Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a whole body, well-being workout that uses intentional laughter, breathing, mindfulness, and gentle movement to promote a healthy, joyful and vibrant life. It's uplifting, energizing and fun! There are no yoga poses involved. The yoga aspect is the deep breathing and mindfulness that we include. The program is wonderful for friendly connection, stress relief and can also help ease anxiety & mild depression, while also being a form of exercise. We do not use jokes or comedy and you do not need to be flexible or funny. You can even participate in a chair. Please bring water and a willingness to be playful and have fun!
