Basic Chair Exercise for Adults & Seniors

Please join Certified Exercise Physiologist Heather Kennedy for a gentle fitness class to target strength, endurance, flexibility and range of motion.

Chair-based exercises are chosen and modified for every fitness level to help participants meet goals in a fun, safe environment. Let's have some fun and get healthy together!

Starting in March, we will offer classes by Heather Kennedy every week.
